What is my Honey Box?
My Honey Box is a monthly subscription service where members pay a fixed fee on the 25th – the 1st of every month, and receive a box of Honey goodness.
WHAT IS IN THE BOX?
There are so many stunning accessories, so each month our fashion experts will hand select and fill your box with a range of different accessories. We do all the work for you and introduce you to new products.
HOW DO I JOIN?
Signing up is so easy. Simply fill in your details on the Join Now page, pick your payment method, fill in your bank card information (which we keep under lock and key) and then await your delivery of the month.
ARE MY PERSONAL DETAILS SECURE?
We’re as serious about fashion as we are about your private information, which is kept on a server protected by an SSL certificate.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
My Honey Box costs R399. The monthly fee will be debited from the member’s account between the 25th – 1st of each month, for as long as you are a member.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
Your Honey Box is sent out to your nearest Pargo Delivery Point. Once your parcel is ready for collection, you will receive an sms with a Pargo Pin. Simply pop in at your Pargo Point and collect your box. Pargo has got more than 2500 delivery points throughout South Africa.
WHAT DELIVERY ADDRESS MUST I USE?
During the registration process, you will be asked to select your closest Pargo Delivery Point. You can choose a point closer to your work or home.
HOW TO I CHANGE MY PARGO POINT?
Simply send us an email to [email protected] and we will update your Pargo Point. We will confirm the change with an sms.
WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY?
Happy Days! Delivery is always FREE! Please allow 10 days for delivery to your closest Pargo Point.
HOW DO I PAY?
When you sign up you will be asked to provide your card details, which will be safely stored. This is also to ensure automatic payment, so there’s no delay in the delivery of your box.
Only credit cards are currently accepted. Payments are facilitated through PayFast. We regret no EFTs.
IS PAYMENT SECURE?
Payments are processed through the above mentioned, accredited payment gateway.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR UPDATE MY PAYMENT METHOD?
You can change/update your payments in your accounts login page.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
Once your application has been processed, you will be debited R399 between the 25th – the 1st (your choice) of each month, until you unsubscribe.
For new members, if, for example, you sign up before the 25th of May, you will debited R399 on the 25th of May (and you’ll receive your box within the first 10 working days in June). If you sign up between the 26th of May and the 1st of June, you will be debited R399 on the 25th of June (and you’ll receive your box within the first 10 working days of July).
WHEN DO I GET MY HONEY BOX?
Your box will be delivered to your chosen Pargo Delivery Point within the first 10 working days of each month.
We will send you a Pargo Tracking Number as soon as your Honey Box leave our offices.
For new members, if, for example, you sign up before the 25th of May, you will receive your box within the first 10 working days in June. If you sign up between the 26th of May and the 1st of June, you will receive your box within the first 10 working days of July.
MY BOX HAS NOT ARRIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We’re sorry you don’t have your box yet, we know how hungry you are for new accessories.
Your Honey Box will be delivered within the first 10 working days of each month, for as long as you are a member and your payment is up to date. Please first check that your payment has been successful.
CAN I SEND A SUBSCRIPTION AS A GIFT?
Honey Accessories makes the perfect gift. Especially when they’re send in a box. With love from us.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
We’ll be sad to see you go, however you can cancel at any time. To avoid getting charged and receiving your next box, please cancel before the 20th of the month.
